The truth about toothpasteGood oral hygiene makes me feel confident and smiled from the heart.
My father is a dentist. When I was very young, he told me that teeth and teeth were a window of overall health. Excellent dental doctors can detect signs of disease from oral conditions. Dental inflammation may represent too much pressure, which causes too much cortisol to be secreted; light pink teeth are a sign of blood; frequent infections in the tooth root may be a precursor to diabetes; red pain may be a sign of autoimmune diseases, such as red-spotted wolf aphrodisiacs or Cron's disease. Chronic inflammation is related to cardiac problems, and anti-depressant and anti-organismic drugs may lead to dry mouth and reduced saliva secretion (salva is the natural protection of teeth).
Regular dental care and good habits of brushing teeth are necessary to maintain good health and personal health. Brushing your teeth and using a dental thread to cleanse your teeth every day can inhibit oral bacteria, but like most personal care products, not all toothpaste or mouthwash are effective.
Buy toothpasteIn addition to mobile phones, most people have the first thing they do when they wake up in the morning is to brush their teeth. In addition to brushing our teeth, we also need to pay attention to the product labels of toothpaste. Many toothpastes contain "triclosan". The use of this endocrine drying substance is now prohibited by hand soap and shower gel, but it can still be found in some toothpastes and other personal care products. Generally, toothpaste will be added with "fluoride" to strengthen teeth health and control oral acidity, but do not swallow it. This substance accumulates in the body over time and is related to symptoms such as neurologic and endocrine disorders.
Be sure to pay attention to "propylene glycol". Many personal care products use this kind of mineral oil. Sometimes toothpaste will also be added as an interface active agent to make toothpaste more convenient to use. Anti-solders and aircraft anti-ice devices also use this kind of mineral oil, and you must not want to eat this substance. Teeth whitening products may make a smile look more charming, but often contain pendants and other heavy metal ingredients. Toothpaste will add "sodium lauryl sulfate" to promote foaming, but this ingredient may cause oral abscess, and may also cause allergies.
If you insist on using fluoride or other non-organic ingredients, please rinse your mouth with clean water for two to three times to wash away the chemicals left in your mouth as much as possible.
Many personal care products (including toothpaste) contain additives that enhance taste and add tones, such as plastic particles, which are most commonly labeled as polyethylene (PE) on the product. Consumers often ignore this small particle, but it can easily get stuck in the dental area and accumulate bacteria, which may lead to dental inflammation. Just like discussing water resources earlier, these plastic particles are not only harmful to your body, but also in no way to the environment. In the end, they will even invade the water source area. Not only will they be mistaken for fish as food, but plastic particles will also absorb agricultural medicine and heavy metal like sea radish.
It is best to use organic toothpaste. Tom’s of Maine and Dr. Brite toothpaste is sold in health food stores and even some pharmacies. The toothpaste I recently used is Davids, a brand that uses the highest quality of the production ingredients, does not contain fluoride and salt sulfate, and is permanently packaged.

Choose the ideal toothbrushtoothbrush type is another important decision. If you must use a plastic toothbrush, make sure that the grip and brush head do not contain ingredients such as BPA, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and phthalate. My suggestion is to buy a toothbrush made of bristles from natural materials.
Sweeping the tongueOne day, the dental doctor pointed out that my tongue was very white and said, "Did you see it? It's all bacteria, which can cause tooth decay." It was not until that day that I truly understood the meaning of brushing the tongue. Every time you brush your teeth, remember to brush the tongue surface at the end so that the tongue can also remain clean. A healthy tongue should be beautiful pink.
