Pink Peach Fruit Sauce

Choose peaches with red rinds, and when finished, they will be accompanied by beautiful pink fruit sauce.

Ingredients (about 500ml): 400g peaches, 180g of sugar, 1/2 lemon juice

Method:

1. Add a large amount of water to the container, wash the peaches gently and wipe dry.

2. Pick up the peach and make the bottom facing you, cut the fruit knife into and turn the side to cut in half. Remove the seeds after peeling and cut into bite-sized. Put the peel into the tea bag.

3. Put step 2 into the pot, add sugar and lemon juice and stir well, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

4. After the water starts to appear moistened, turn the heat to heat up, adjust it to medium heat after boiling, and continue to use filters to remove froth while boiling. After cooking until it starts to appear thick and thick, remove the peel of the tea bag, and continue to cook until it is thick and thick and then turn off the heat.

POINT

● Wash the peaches in the skin together, cut them in half and peel them.

● Do not abandon the peel and put it in the tea bag. Color the sauce by the color of the peel.

● Add tea bags to the pot and wait for the fruit to release moisture.

Caramel sauce

Boil the fine sugar into caramel with sugar color, and the sweetness is filled with a bitter taste, which is a taste that makes people think of.

Ingredients (about 200ml): 100ml of fresh cream, 100g of fine sugar, 50ml of water

Method:

1. Return the iced fresh cream to normal temperature.

2. Add water and fine sugar to the crock, heat over medium heat, and cook until fine sugar is colored.

3. After the sugar in the pot appears as caramel, turn off the heat. Divide step 1 into 3 to 4 times and add it to the pot and stir (please be careful of the rising heat in the pot and do not burn it when adjusting), turn on medium heat and heat it up again and stir. Cook until it starts to become thick and thick and then turn off the heat.

POINT

● Add water and granulated sugar to the pot and cook, stir the sugar in the pot and start coloring gradually.

● Turn off the heat when it turns into a slightly thick caramel color. Fresh cream is poured into the crock in a circle.

● Stir the fresh cream in the crock, turn on heat again, and cook until it is thick and then turn off.

Black sesame soy milk soy sauce

At first glance, I can't tell what flavor of black soy sauce it is. When put into my mouth, the oil and fragrance of the sesame are spread out, and the rich fragrance makes people impressed.

Ingredients (about 250ml): 20g black sesame sauce, 200ml soy milk, 200ml fresh cream, 100g fine sugar

Method:

1. Add soy milk, fresh cream and fine sugar to the pot and stir well, turn on medium heat and heat. After boiling, adjust it and cook it on low heat for about 50 minutes. While boiling, stir constantly to avoid burning.

2. Cook until it starts to become thicker, add black sesame sauce and mix. Continue to boil for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat after thickening again.

POINT

● Pour soy milk, fresh cream and granulated sugar in the pot. In order not to burn the bottom, please patiently boil and turn it over.

● When cooked until it starts to become thick, add black sesame sauce.

● Black sesame sauce can also be replaced by white sesame sauce, and the finished product will be a cream-colored sauce.

Lemon egg yellow sauce

The egg yellow sauce made from chicken eggs is similar to Kasda sauce, and is usually filled with pies or tarpis.

Ingredients (about 300ml): 2 parts egg liquid, 2 parts egg yellow, 150g of fine sugar, 100ml of lemon juice, 2 parts lemon peel (scaled into fine silk) 80g of saltless cream

Method:

1. Add egg liquid and egg yellow to the pot, add fine sugar and stir carefully.

2. Add lemon juice and lemon peel to the pot, heat it over medium heat, use tools such as egg whisks or wooden spoons, stir and cook.

3. In order not to burn the bottom, please remember to stir continuously while heating. Cook until it starts to become thick, add butter and mix and turn off the heat.

POINT

● Adding cream can make the taste more vivid. Lemon peel is the key to fragrance.

● You can use a wooden spoon or egg whisk to stir. Using an egg whisk can easily make the overall texture smooth.

● Please wash the lemon with warm water before scrubbing.
