Wang Ming, the former yard leader of National Taiwan University, walked steadily like flying, but recently he often rolled his pussy to his friends to let people see his "heavy legs" lying on his ankle. It turned out that he had recently discovered that there were many red characters, so he made up his mind to start working hard to reduce his fitness.
He referred to the book written by Japanese "Yuichiro Miura" - "The more you walk, the more you walk, the more you get, the more you walk, and when he saw his weight loss and fitness, he was reluctant to walk. Yuichiro Miura is a challenger on the top of the Holy Mother Peak, and once created the highest world record. Wang Mingxu said, "I have no idea of climbing any mountain." He just wants to learn to walk heavily to exercise and reduce weight.
{9 99}In the past few months, Wang Minghu has gradually increased from 500 grams. Now he is wearing 1.5 kilograms of legs per foot every day and has begun to be keen on this weight. This month, he has taken an average of 12,000 steps. He hopes to improve to 2 kilograms per leg within a year, and then he can take 10,000 steps per day. He said he did not dare to ask for the younger he would walk, and as long as he could walk healthier he would be satisfied.
The following is the full text of Wang Mingjue's face:About half a year ago, when I saw the red words on the health check results, I decided to start working harder to reduce my fitness.
Initiated by my colleagues' personal practice, I decided to try a method I knew five years ago.
When I was strongly appointed as the director of the National Taiwan University Zhudong Branch five years ago, my body was not ideal. In addition to being too heavy with high blood sugar and blood fat, I had a "lipid-leucorrhea dermatitis" full of red faces. The left foot bottom hurts once after one step, and it is painful.
At that time, I saw a book written by Japanese Yuichiro Miura, "The more I walk, the more I walk, the more I get, the more I walk," and saw that he had only one way to reduce his weight and exercise, "I have to walk."
He wrote in this book that he was 164 cm tall and weighed 88 kilograms at the age of 60. He could not climb a hill with a 500-meter slope and a flat slope, and was surpassed by older children than him. So he decided to start practicing himself with heavy walking and reducing his weight in fitness.
He slowly gained weight, and after a year, he could walk on the streets of Tokyo for an hour wearing hiking shoes with iron pieces, plus a 3 kg negative legs each with 20 kg backpack.
After reading his book and doing some research, I realized that Mr. Yuichiro Miura was a world recorder. In 2003, 2008 and 2013, he successfully climbed the Holy Mother Peak of the Himalayas three times in the 70s, 75s and 80s. Three times, the world record of the highest-ranking sacred Mother Peak climbers was created.
There is a small episode here. At 75 and 227 days, the day before his second successful top spot, the world record of his highest altitude to the San Mother Peak was broken by Sherchan (Sherchan or Sherchan), a Nepalese who was one year older than him (76 and 340 days old).
Before Yuichiro Miura challenged the Holy Mother Peak again in 2013 with a height of 80, he had experienced various problems with a fall and a total of 4 cardiac surgery treatments with arrhythmia (the fourth time was January 2013). He challenged to reach the top of the Mother of the Holy Mother again on May 23, 2013, and wanted to return to the world record that only lasted for one month in 2008.
This time, the Nepal Shyrzhan also waited after Yuichiro Miura again, and was ready to break Miura's world record again as in 2008, making himself a world record keeper. Unfortunately, God helped Miura this time. After successfully climbing the Sanzu Peak on May 23, he was unable to challenge Miura's world record due to the sudden snowfall (another said that his document submission was delayed).
The most tragic part of the world record of the two 80-year-old elderly people is that in 2017, Xie Er had to challenge the world record of the highest aged Santa Mother Peak again, but died at the base where he landed.
I have no delusion of climbing any mountain at all. I just want to learn that people are not responsible for walking to exercise and reduce weight. And I was still five years late to make up my mind.
Over the past few months, I have gradually increased from 500 grams. Now I can wear 1.5 kg of legs per foot every day, start to get used to this weight, and be able to move forward as if I had no weight. This month I took an average of more than 12,000 steps. I dare not expect to wear iron shoes or big backpacks anymore. I hope to improve to 2 kg per leg within a year, and then take 10,000 steps a day.
I dare not wish to walk lighter and younger. As long as I can walk healthier and healthier, I will be satisfied.
