■Can you find a replacement for Isaac in the remaining time in the transfer window?
Eddiehao said: "We have a little time left. The problem at the moment is that we not only lost Isaac, but Callum Wilson left the team last season, so we are actively seeking signings. Although the team has an excellent recruiting team, as you know, there are vacancies in several key management positions in the club (the positions of CEO and football director are suspended), which makes the signings very challenging. But to date, the club's signing performance has always been excellent."
■Will many off-court affairs affect training concentration?
"Your point of view is pretty pertinent. External factors may indeed have a greater impact, but all I can control is the affairs on the training ground. I have to make sure I focus 100% on the current 25 players, who need my investment, care and attention, not those who have not signed yet. As a coach, one of my most important responsibilities is to stimulate the maximum potential of each player and help them improve as much as I can. This is the core of my work that I love and focus on."
■Isaac is an outstanding player. Is the situation in Isaac now irreversible?
"The word cannot be restored is not in my dictionary. Communication will be the key. He is indeed unable to play at the moment, but I believe that as the situation develops, we will be able to reassess it. He will eventually realize that this is a special team, a special club. This difficult period is caused by a large number of negative media reports, and the players are under tremendous pressure."
"Negative reports continue to spread. We are trying to refute these remarks and convey to the whole team the confidence that 'we are fine'. Yes, we are currently short of an important player, but the direction of the situation is unclear. It is worth affirming that everyone in the club will do their best."
